Webster Psychiatry & Medicine (WP&M) is a private practice established in 2006 by Dr. Sahar Elezabi and Marilyn "Lyn" Sullivan, Nurse Practitioner of Psychiatry  joined the practice in 2008. We are a unique private practice specializing in adult psychiatric evaluations, medication management and individual therapy. We specialize in treating adults; additionally each clinician has their own subspecialty expertise, and overlapping areas of expertise allow for second opinions and comprehensive treatment.
Sahar Elezabi, MD MPH

Dr. Elezabi is the Founder and Medical Director of Webster Psychiatry & Medicine. Dr. Elezabi is dually board certified in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine and she serves as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Elezabi received her Medical Doctorate in 1991 from the University Of Alexandria Faculty Of Medicine in Egypt and in 1999 she graduated from a Combined Residency Program in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center. In 2003 she completed her Master of Public Health Degree (MPH) and in 2012 completed her Certified Physician Executive (CPE).

Dr. Elezabi has worked for the past 13 years in a variety of clinical settings at URMC and Rochester General Hospital and in her own private practice since 2006. She specializes in complicated medical problems, geriatric patients and patients with chronic pain.
Marilyn “Lyn” Sullivan, RN NPP

Lyn Sullivan, RN, NPP joined Webster Psychiatry & Medicine in 2008.

She received her Registered Professional Nurse degree from Queens Hospital Center in New York in 1964, then completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College. In 1984 she received her Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Rochester and in 1986 received her Clinical Nurse Specialist. In 1994 she was licensed as an Adult Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in NYS.

Lyn has many years experience in the healthcare field and has worked in various psychiatric settings including inpatient service, outpatient clinic, emergency department and private practice. She specializes in geriatric psychotherapy and psychoanalytical psychotherapy, and is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Susan Joseph

Susan Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Office Administration from the State College of New York at Buffalo in 1985. She worked at Citizens Bank for 20 years as Officer and Branch Manager then worked in claims processing for Affiliated Computer Services before joining our practice in 2010. She started as an assistant administrator then shortly after was promoted to Practice Manager.
